CRYSTAL SINGING BOWLS
Align your chakras and relax through the harmonic tones of crystal signing bowls at Stillpoint. The bowls are tuned to notes that resonate with one’s seven major chakras with the chord that resonates with most people being the heart one. The couple, who are very active in their faith community and the pursuit of the spiritual life, also plays Native American flutes.
DREAM GROUPS
Dreams offer a rich opportunity to discern the flow of the universe’s sacred energy and wisdom within each of us. Dream Circle is welcoming small group community formed to enable participants to learn from their own dreams as well as to listen and actively learn from the dreams of others. Learn simple but profound skills that empower emotional, social and spiritual healing and growth. Individuals new to listening to their dreams, as well as those more experienced are welcome.
VIOLIN SOUND SANCTUARY
Open your self to healing and wholeness through breathing exercises and guided meditation while basking in the love and light of beautiful, original, live violin music composed by Rebecca Sabine and Aaron Ramsey. Traditionally held at Stillpoint, Violin Sound Sanctuaries is pre-recorded during the pandemic.
CARD MAKING MINISTRY
Join in a time of contemplation, conversation, and assembling hand-crafted cards to be distributed to vulnerable populations more likely to experience social and spiritual isolation. Make a few cards for this ministry and two to take home. Held monthly. Check calendar for upcoming dates.
